The olives used to create this oil are harvested by hand and processed in an antique oil mill near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria respecting the highest standards of quality. This condiment has a beautiful green colour with golden hues and reveals an aroma of almonds, flowers and fresh fruits. Without allergens or GMO, you will be getting an intense taste and loyal tradition!
Italy is one of the world’s largest producers of truffles and the most prestigious ones are in Alba. The white truffle ‘hunt’ is made from late summer (September) until the middle of winter (January).
Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil 99%, italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt.) 0.07%, flavour.
Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Recommended dosage: ½ teaspoon per serving.
Usage Suggestions:
Drizzle over meat and tartare, carpaccio and filets, pasta, eggs, cheese, salads, vegetables and potatoes. Use as a finishing condiment.
