Pesto is a classic Italian seasoning, originally made from olive oil, basil, garlic, sea salt, pecorino cheese and pine nuts, finely ground in a pestle. This Bio Orto pesto is made with kale and garlic, which goes perfectly with lasagna, gnocchi or other pasta. Kale kale has a very high nutrient content and a very low calorie content. The spicy flavor of kale always gets sweeter after the frost period.
