Preparation Suggestion:
Wash and soak the white back black fungus in warm for 60 minutes till soft, then add to stir-fry or stew dishes at 100ºC for 20 minutes.

Use in soups and casseroles. They have a bland flavour and chewy texture, which absorb the flavours of the dish. Ideal for vegetarian stir-fries or salads.
