Karo® Dark Corn Syrup combines the natural sweetness of corn syrup with a small amount of molasses and contains no high fructose corn syrup. With its robust taste and colour, it is ideal for many bakery products. Corn Syrup is a slightly sweet syrup derived from corn starch. It serves many different functions, but is primarily used in recipes to provide sweetness, moisture and smooth texture to sweets and baked goods.
All Karo’s syrups are gluten-free and do not contain any high fructose corn syrup. The delicate flavor of Karo corn syrup is a perfect way to add sweetness to many desserts and savory dishes.
