Apple and banana bowl with granola

An apple and banana bowl with granola is a good and easy-to-prepare solution for a high-fibre, low-salt, vitamin-rich breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 300 ml rice drink
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Royal Gala apple
  • 50 g granola

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC, on the fan function.
  2. Wash the banana, remove the tops, slice it with the peel, and pour it into the blender jar. Add the bread cut into small pieces, the cinnamon, the rice drink, and the egg. Mix very well.
  3. Divide the mixture between four oven-proof bowls.
  4. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the seeds, cut into slices, and divide into bowls.
  5. Place the bowls in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Coarsely chop the granola, remove the bowls from the oven, and distribute the granola between the bowls. Bake for a further 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
