The sweet is composed of two layers: one of honey flan and the other of passion fruit jelly. As a result, you will have a beautiful and delicious dessert to serve to friends.
Ingredients

1/2 cup of coconut milk

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon gelatin powder

1 and 1/2 tablespoon of honey

2 cups of strawberries

1/4 cup of apple juice
Preparation Method
- Beat the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and gelatin;
- Transfer to a pan and stir until boiling;
- Wait for it to cool down a bit and add the honey;
- Distribute in 4 cups. To make the diagonal, place them inclined, supported inside another container. Freeze for 1 hour or until hardened;
- Passion fruit jelly;
- Chop the strawberries, add the apple juice and bring to a simmer. Once they are soft, mash them with a fork to obtain the desired texture;
- Let it cool and fill the cups;
- Serve ice cream.
