Irish Cream Shortbread

Buttery biscuits topped with Irish liqueur cream and black cherry preserve.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Place the cream in a bowl and add the liqueur. Using your hand whisk, whip the cream just until it holds together, then pour the cream into a piping bag.
  2. Spread the cream around the edge of one of the biscuits before placing some of the cherry preserve in the center.
  3. Top with another biscuit and repeat the process until all the biscuits have been used.
