Banana Trifle with Granola

A granola pode ser combinada com diversos alimentos, tornando-os mais nutritivos e saudáveis, como este trifle de banana com granola. Rico em fibra e sabor!

Ingredients

  • 400 ml of semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoonful of corn starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 pieces of ripe banana + 1 hard banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 100 g of granola
  • 4 tablespoonful of peanuts

Preparation Method

  1. In a pan, add the milk, cornstarch, and sugar. Mix well over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Add the egg yolk and continue stirring until thickened. Remove from the heat, add the two ripe bananas, previously crushed, and the vanilla, and mix together. Leave to cool, stirring from time to time.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the other banana.
  4. In a jar, make alternate layers with the previous mixture, granola, banana slices, and peanut butter. Refrigerate until serving.
