Braised Tuna with Balsamic Vinegar

This is a multi-step recipe, the braised tuna accompanies potatoes, all drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction.

  1. Put the potato to boil.
  2. Cut the tuna into parallelepipeds and brown in a non-stick frying pan.
  3. Prepare the Modena Balsamic Vinegar reduction.
  4. Finally, cut into small cubes and serve with the reduction and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
