Crispy Chickpeas in the Oven

Perfect for a snack or as a healthier snack to accompany with beer or simply as an accompaniment to salad, bowl etc.

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º high and low with ventilation.
  2. Prepare the chickpeas by washing them under running water and draining the excess water. It is not necessary to dry them, just drain the excess.
  3. Line an oven tray with parchment paper, if necessary, place the chickpeas and all the other ingredients.
  4. Wrap everything very well and take it to the oven for 10 minutes, at the end of that time remove and wrap well.
  5. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes, remove and wrap. Take another 10 minutes and at the end of that time you can remove them.
  6. Finally, let it cool and serve immediately if desired or store in an airtight container.
