Grissinis from Pain d’épices

Great way to start a meal with family and kids will love it!

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into strips about 2 cm wide.
  3. Carefully twist them until they form spirals. Brush them with the beaten egg and roll them in the crumbled Pain d’épices.
  4. Place them in the oven on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, remove the seeds from the pomegranate and season the eggplant sauce with it.
  6. Let the sticks cool and serve with the eggplant sauce.
