A comforting recipe for cold days.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Infuse the Beef Broth for 5 min. in 66 cl of boiling water (the equivalent of 2 cups).
  2. In this broth, cook the chopped carrot and the mushrooms cut into large strips.
  3. Add the chopped tofu. Add a few drops of fish sauce. Divide everything into individual bowls.
  4. Sprinkle each bowl with chopped fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
