Olive Oil Bread

Once you taste them you will want to repeat this recipe many times.

Ingredients

  • 150ml Milk
  • 150ml of Olive Oil
  • 150ml of Water
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 150g Corn Flour
  • 150g Wheat Flour
  • 3 Eggs

Preparation Method

  1. Combine the milk, oil, and water in a pan and heat until boiling.
  2. When hot, add the cornmeal and the flour all at once, stirring.
  3. Let it cool down a little and add the eggs, one by one, stirring well.
  4. Grease and flour a baking pan, and pour the dough by spoonfuls, leaving a space between the cornbread.
  5. Bake in a medium oven until golden brown, and serve hot.
