Sandwich with courgette, goat’s cheese and basil

A quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Wash and partially peel the courgette, then cut it into slices.
  2. Sauté the courgette in a large frying pan with olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and set aside on absorbent paper.
  4. Toast the 3 slices of bread and spread the Courgette Delight with Goat’s Cheese and Basil over them.
  5. Arrange the courgette slices on the first slice of sandwich bread, crumble some fresh goat’s cheese, arrange some basil slices and repeat the steps on the second slice.
  6. Close with the last slice of bread and cut the sandwich in four to obtain four triangles.
  7. Serve with a wooden skewer to hold the tacos.
