Thai Pork and Tofu Soup

This soup is exotic, fragrant, a hit on the table.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Put the 6 tablespoons of water in a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the minced pork and cook until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Once the water has evaporated, introduce the stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Cut the cabbage leaves into squares and add them, then cook for 8 min.
  5. Then pour in the soy sauce, add the diced tofu and continue cooking for 2 mins.
  6. Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle with coriander and chili. Enjoy hot.
