Salt Flavoured with Mango, Curry and Lime

Use some of this mixture of sea salt, curry powder, dehydrated mango, chilli and lime zest to add a fresh, crunchy touch to vegetables, chicken, prawns, rice and other dishes before serving.

  1. Mix the oil and salt well. Add the curry and chili and mix well. Add the mango and lime zest.
  2. Store in a well-sealed jar in a cool, dry place. If desired, crumble the lumps before using.
