Vegan Biscuits

A sweet treat that is healthy, suitable for vegans and not loaded with sugar? It seems impossible but these vegan banana and oatmeal biscuits with Orange Oil Tarts are the solution and, what’s more, they’re delicious.

Preparation Method

  1. In a kitchen, a processor crushes the pies and oats.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana until it turns into a paste.
  3. Add the crushed mixture and mix well.
  4. Make some balls and then flatten them to shape them into biscuits.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC. Do not over time as they do not need to get crispy, nor continue baking until crispy.
  6. Leave to cool and ready to eat.
