Red Wine Sauce with Cranberry

This sauce is perfect for roast meats. Easy and practical with a touch of cranberry sauce.

Preparation Method

  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the onion gently for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add the dried herb mixture and saute for another 30 seconds.
  2. Introduce the red wine and let the alcohol cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Introduce 1 liter of boiling water with a sachet of stock.
  4. When the sauce is smooth and shiny, add the cranberry sauce to sweeten it. Continue whisking to dissolve the cranberry sauce into the sauce.
  5. Serve immediately.
