Hokkien noodles are used in delectable dishes such as Laksa, Mee Goreng and Hokkien Mee. These special thick chunky noodles combine perfectly with the flavours of meat or seafood.
Ready in 3 minutes. Ideal for Soups and Stir-Fry. Remove noodles from pack and place in a bowl. Cover with boiling water and gently separate the noodles. Allow to soak for one minute then drain. The noodles are now ready to eat or add to stir-fry.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (68%), water, salt, modified tapioca starch (E1442), acidity regulators (E270, E260, E575, E296), colour (turmeric).

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place.
