Stewed Beef Hamburger and Gherkins

A perfect burger for leftover stew meat.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Stuff the beef and shred it.
  2. Cut the brioche bread into halves.
  3. Place the meat on it, followed by the gherkins and the mayonnaise.
  4. To accompany, cut the carrots, red cabbage, and heart cabbage into julienne strips and the onion into half-moons.
  5. Season with Barbecue Sauce.
