Tiger Prawns with Olive Oil and Garlic

Tiger prawns are an ultra-simple dish to make – all they need is olive oil and garlic to become a party meal. And a good white, green or mature wine, as long as it is very fresh.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • Chili sauce
  • 1 kg of shrimp
  • 25g garlic cloves
  • Q.B. of salt

Preparation Method

  1. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail and head.
  2. Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic cloves, and then fry the shrimp on both sides, previously seasoned with salt and chilli sauce to taste.
  3. Once the prawns are ready, put them on a platter and pour the sauce on top.
