Lingham’s Sirach is a tangier hot sauce made in the traditional manner from ripe red hot chilli peppers, distilled vinegar, lots of garlic, plus sugar and salt.

Ingredients:
Chillies (70%), garlic (14%), cane sugar, salt, vinegar, xanthan gum (E415).
Allergens:
May contain traces of wheat (gluten), soy, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, eggs, crustaceans.
Storage:
Does not require refrigeration.
Usage Suggestions:
Sriracha is frequently used as a dipping sauce for Thai foods, and is particularly delicious on seafood, even Vietnamese style cuisine gets a lift as a condiment for fried noodles, or a topping for spring rolls.
