- Before assembling the dessert, remove the vanilla ice cream 10 minutes earlier.
- Remove two cocoa biscuits from the packaging, then with an ice cream scoop scoop out a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Insert the scoop of ice cream on top of one cocoa biscuit and on top of another cocoa biscuit.
