Lemon and Yogurt Muffins

These healthy lemon yogurt muffins are super cute and delicious, perfect for breakfast, snacks, and even lunch boxes for the week.

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º up and down without ventilation.
  2. Prepare muffin tins by greasing or placing paper muffin tins.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture, but don’t mix too much as it can develop the gluten and make the muffins too consistent.
  4. Then, divide the dough between 6 muffin cups and bake for 16 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
  5. Finally, remove from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and then remove the muffins onto a rack and let them cool completely.
